Hello
We’re Andrew and Ryan — the founders behind CMOgpt.

We built CMOgpt for one simple reason: because making everyday business decisions has become harder than it needs to be.

We’ve both spent years working with performance data, and we’ve seen how often the numbers sit between people and decisions instead of helping them move forward. Reports grow, metrics multiply, and making sense of it all starts to require layers of translation.

CMOgpt exists to bring judgement back into the picture.

Not by adding more analysis, but by simplifying what’s already there — explaining what’s changing, why it matters, and what you might want to consider next, in plain language.

The goal is simple: fewer hurdles between information and action, so decisions can be made faster, with more confidence, and less noise.
Who we are
We approach what we do from two complementary angles.

Andrew Wong — Founder
Andrew is a technical product, data, and analytics specialist who builds decision engines grounded in real-world data. He focuses on the technology and data foundations — creating systems that are reliable, secure, and quietly dependable — so the guidance you see can be trusted. He brings deep experience building and scaling analytics, data, and decision systems, with a strong belief that the best solutions are the ones that make hard problems feel simple.

Ryan Jephcott — Co-founder
Ryan is a senior marketing and commercial leader with over 20 years’ experience helping founders and leadership teams cut through complexity and make better growth decisions. His background spans brand, growth, and performance, with a strong focus on making sense of performance through a customer and outcomes lens, and turning complexity into clearer decisions.

Together, we’ve built the tool we always wished existed — something that sits between data and action, helping people make faster, clearer decisions with more confidence, based on real context rather than just numbers.

The people behind CMOgpt.
At the heart of what we do is a genuine desire to help people make sense of complex work.
