What is CMOgpt ?
Prescriptive analytics - built for Shopify owners
Where traditional platforms visualise data, and dashboards track metrics, CMOgpt interprets performance and tells you what decisions to make. It is grounded in your actual Shopify numbers, benchmarked against brands in your category and revenue tier, and designed to give the kind of specific, commercially-aware advice that until now only an experienced CMO could provide.
CMOgpt is a Prescriptive Analytics platform — the fourth and most advanced stage in Gartner's analytics maturity model, which defines prescriptive analytics as answering the question: "What should be done?"
CMOgpt is built to answer exactly that, for Shopify founders.
The problem CMOgpt solves
Running a Shopify brand today means living inside a fog of metrics. Revenue, ROAS, CAC, MER, repeat rate, contribution margin — all reported separately, none of them connected. You can see that something is wrong. You rarely know exactly what to do about it.
Generic AI tools don't help because they aren't grounded in your real data. Agencies help with execution, not accountability. Dashboards show you what happened; they don't tell you what to do next.
CMOgpt was built for that gap.
What CMOgpt actually does
CMOgpt works in three layers:
1. Profit Builder decision tree — your connected metrics map CMOgpt builds a decision tree called the Profit Builder. It starts with Total Sales and cascades through every metric that drives or drains profit: Average Order Value, Gross Margin, Repeat Ratio, Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER), and Customer Count — each connected to the sub-drivers beneath it. Every number shows its trend. Every metric connects to the decisions that can move it.
2. Segment benchmarking CMOgpt benchmarks your store against similar brands — same category, similar revenue tier. This tells you whether your numbers are healthy, weak, or on the move, relative to the actual competitive landscape you operate in, not generic industry averages.
3. Grounded AI advice Once your Profit Builder is mapped and your benchmarks are loaded, CMOgpt's AI gives you specific recommendations. Not generic suggestions. Not "improve your ROAS." Advice like: "Your contribution CAC has risen 18% over 60 days while MER has stayed flat — this points to a new-buyer acquisition problem, not a spend efficiency problem. Here's what to do."

Why we built this
The founders worked in digital agency and with ecomm stores. They saw that data was everywhere, but actionable commercial intelligence was missing. We built CMOgpt to provide growth and marketing advice for business owners, with the help of agentic AI.
CMOgpt is CMO out of a box
CMOgpt is not a reporting tool. It is not a dashboard. It is not a generic AI chatbot.
CMOgpt is a Prescriptive Analytics — an AI system trained to think the way a Chief Marketing Officer thinks, grounded in the specific financial and operational data of your Shopify store.
It is the answer to the question every founder eventually asks: "I have all this data — but what should I actually do?"
